If you enjoy mom and pop diner with roosters on the walls, shelves, and surprised they don't have pics of roosters on the ceiling. The place needs some painting on the ceiling....there are stains from the days when smoking was allowed. The food is awesome. Don't come to eat small portions.

Really good chicken fried steak. Come hungry! I ordered the small and I it was still the size of the entire plate. The place could use a deep cleaning but again you can't beat the chicken fry.

I ate a big chicken fried steak and omg it was the BEST southern comfort food! I love chicken fried steaks and they filled my stomach up. I was a happy customer!

Having eaten here several times with my Thursday night men's group we ventured out again tonight. As usual the chicken fried steak was great but the French fries were cold, tasteless and greasy. In addition, when I asked if any of the desserts were made in-house, I was misled when told the cobblers were made there when the truth was they are simply baked there. I wouldn't have spent the $4 on the to-go dessert unless I thought it was freshly made. Thanks to the fellow patron who none of us knew that took the time to let us know we had been misled. Sad that the staff would go to this length to sell a dessert.

We drove from Choctaw after a Football game traveling back to OKC to eat at Roosters. Yelp says hours are open until 9. We arrived at 7:54 and they were closed. When I called and asked if they closed early they answered, yes... 5 minutes early.
